Well drilling can be complicated at times, but most problems have a simple solution. If you are having trouble with your well and cannot find the answer in the included DVD set — the second DVD has an extensive troubleshooting section — please contact us using the "Ask Us" button on the top of this page and we will do our best to assist you.

All items are warranted against manufacturer's defects. First, contact us and let us know what the problem is — most of the time it’s something simple you can do on your end, and often returning it wouldn’t help (if your compressor is hooked up wrong, for example).

If that doesn’t work, then we’ll arrange for a warranty return. If it's our fault, we'll fix it. If it turns out to be your fault (sand in the motor, etc) we’ll repair it and return it for a fair price.

REFUNDS

If you change your mind before using the tool and would like a refund, we will happily accept a return no-questions-asked. For returns received (not posted, but received) within 55 days there is a 10% restocking fee on non-defective, unused items to cover our costs and labor in processing your order. Items must be received in good condition, so pack them well. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

After 55 days the restocking fee is 20%. My payment processor does not refund my initial processing fees after that time, so it costs me more to provide a refund after that time. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source.

We do not accept returns for used tools under any circumstances. We keep our prices very low for what we offer. So while we will gladly replace defective items, we cannot offer refunds on used items.

Plans/DVDs are not refundable under any circumstances.
